Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions, including contract review, drafting, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, and drafting of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
- Conduct thorough contract reviews to identify potential legal issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage and organize contracts throughout their lifecycle, including tracking deadlines, renewals, and amendments.
- Conduct title searches and prepare title reports.
- Coordinate and manage the closing process, including scheduling and communication with all parties involved.
- Research and analyze legal issues related to real estate transactions.
- Maintain and organize client files and documentation.
- Prepare and file necessary legal documents with government agencies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and third-party stakeholders.
- Attend closings and meetings as required.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
